I work with you to define need and design learning experiences and programs that inspire lasting change.I bring 18 years of experience designing and delivering impactful learning experiences for a diversity of learners. My background is a balance of designing and facilitating the learning itself and also being the visionary or strategic lead for learning programs.While I'm a learning expert, I'm not always the content expert - so I've developed a specialty in cultivating strong relationships with experts - ensuring that their big ideas are clear to the target learner.Most importantly, I'm known for creating lasting change. True change in knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors requires us to experience the learning, practice, apply, reflect, and refine. Learning is never one-size-fits-all. I apply my background in learning and thinking differences, accessibility and usability, and Universal Design for Learning to ensure that every learning experience matters to those who need it most.
