He is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School.Mr Mellon leverages his past roles as Chairman of the New York Republican Party Finance Committee, Co-Founder of bitcoin payment processor Coin.co, Designer of Jimmy Choo men's shoes with his then-wife, Tamara, and Founder of Harrys of London, of which he sold a 40 percent stake to Richemont Group's Atelier Fund.Mr Mellon is Co-Founder with Nicole Hanley of lifestyle brand Hanley Mellon, and he leads the digital currency industry trade group, Chamber of Digital Commerce, as its Chairman.Mr Mellon maintains associations with Carnegie Mellon University and Drexel University, which were founded by family members, and he is actively involved with the National Gallery of Art in Washington DC, where a majority of the collection was donated to the nation by his great relative, Andrew W Mellon.
