Melting Pot Software was founded by Charles Goddard, a software developer with the heart of an entrepreneur. With his 10 plus years of experience, he's got an arsenal of skills and ideas that is the driving force behind Melting Pot Software. Beside him is Nicole Everson, an IT professional and Melting Pot's Community Manager. Between the two of us we've got the drive, brains, experience and spirit to conquer the world. In the meantime, we are writing some pretty awesome software and sharing it with the you.Charles came up with the name Melting Pot Software using New York City as an inspiration. "The first time I thought of that name, New York's history came to mind, and the melting pot of culture and people that the city was built on." The idea behind Melting Pot Software is that it is a melting pot of ideas and technology, combined together to create unique software products.Melting Pot Software is a company that is simply overflowing with ideas, creativity and motivation. We look for gaps in today's needs or maybe areas that need improvement and figure out how we can make it better.
