Melton Hospitality Advisors was founded in 2021 as the Hospitality world was recovering from the effects of COVID19. I was having conversations with owners of Hotels that were saying it is hard to find employees and with people looking for work that were saying, nobody is hiring. I thought was that both could not be true or maybe they could and both populations needed someone to make the connection. I would love to be that connection for you and in some small way help the Hospitality business get back on its feet.The story behind the "Hire for Good" initiative came to be was that my family were visiting Keene, NH and my daughter, Victoria, walked into a store called: "Chaos and Kindness" https://www.chaosandkindness.com and as soon as you walk in you realize- this is like no other store I have ever been in. Bright colors, chalkboard painted walls to leave inspirational message, skee-ball and "pop a shot" games are everywhere! The best part of the experience was when we checked out the cashier asks us which of four non-profit organizations to you want "Chaos and Kindness" to donate. As we left the store, I turned to his wife and said, " I do not know what is coming next for me but that I needed to have an element of giving back in whatever I do. After some thought, I came up with the idea "Hire for Good"-https://www.meltonhospitalityadvisors.com/hire-for-good. The initiative is really simple you hire Melton Hospitality Advisors and we donate a portion of the money earned to one of four "not for profit" organizations that are doing good in our community. You tell us where you want the donation to go and we do the rest.
