Matjaz Plosinjak and Eric Maj Potocnik are fashion designers, working together for a brand of their own named MEM COUTURE. Over the last last few years MEM couture has become one of the most recognizable names of slovenian fashion. Designers have yet collaborated with various individuals and societies from the media world, culture, music, design and economy. The brand MEM couture always remains loyal to its distinguishable image, peculiar silhouette and recognizable details. However the designers devote lots of time and energy focusing on unique identity of an individual. A strong concept is always the base. Stories caught in garments & accessories. Almost needless to say MEM couture loves to play with (re-creating) human proportions, symbiosis of contrast textiles and patterns ... Sometimes surrealistic. Sometimes near to classic as well. Spiced with a touch of Paris. Chic. Matjaz Plosinjak and Eric Maj Potocnik work in Slovenia and also abroad (from Vienna, Belgrade, to Barcelona, Berlin, London etc.). The vision of MEM couture is focused on the development of its own recognizability and on constant presence within one of European capitals of fashion.
