MISA (Members of International Schools Association) is an organization formed under the Society Act to help all Cambridge International Schools function smoothly. Currently over 55 International schools across India are the members of MISA. MISA is an association of like-minded educationists whose basic aim is to aid the smooth functioning of international schools in India. The expertise, experience and resources of this forum will enhance and complement the administration of the CIE curriculum and also help in creating a network with other international schools. MISA empowers CIE teachers by organizing various cell meets, subject specific training; also training for leaders, coordinators and examination officers. MISA creates a platform for all students of CIE schools to exhibit their talent and aptitude by participating in various events like Misaesthetic, Synergy and Velocity. The academic path is still not bereft of prejudice for students of international schools in India. It is, thus, an obligation and a challenge for MISA that all students get due recognition and appreciation from the local boards of education. The collaboration of all CIE schools in India under the umbrella of MISA is the first step for towards this goal. MISA gives a common voice to all of us who believe in the future of education through international mindedness and collaboration. MISA endeavors to help teachers and school leaders in managing the CIE curriculum and resolve all niggling administrative issues effectively.
