General InformationThe mission of the Memphis Leadership Foundation is to proclaim theWhole Gospel to the whole city through the empowerment of leaders and the development of ministries/programs that focus on the needs of under-resourced people and communities. We accomplish our mission by:• Providing the necessary resources for urban churches and Christian organizations to strengthen their existing ministries with urban people.• Partnering and networking with urban churches and Christian organizations in order to create new ministries when and where necessary.• Serving as the "conduit" for suburban churches as they seek avenues for valid urban missions and partnerships in Memphis.• To empower indigenous leadership to minister effectively through creative programming.MLF focuses on five key areas of service. These areas address some of the most pressing needs in our community:1. Families and Children2. Affordable Housing3. Youth4. Leadership Development5.
