Memphis Minnie's Barbeque Joint is dedicated to maintaining and celebrating the time honored American tradition of slow smoked Southern Style BBQ. All of our meats are slow smoked in the Southern tradition using California white oak wood, without gas or electric heat, a process which produces the most authentic barbeque experience possible, while our sides, sauces and accompaniments all made from scratch, in-house.
