ABOUT MIDDLE EAST AND NORTH AFRICA FRANCHISE ASSOCIATIONMENAFA is a membership organization of franchisors, franchisees, and suppliers. We combine the successful experiences of leading franchise operators with the growing markets of the Middle East and North Africa. MENAFA is the first association which works to build strong franchise businesses in every Middle Eastern and North African country. MENAFA Purpose of ActivitiesThe purpose of activities of MENAFA is as follows:•Practical assistance and consulting of the Association's members in the field of franchising in the Middle East and North Africa;•Development of franchising relations in Middle Eastern and North African countries;•Development of co-operation with foreign and international organizations and associations working in the sphere of franchising or supporting franchising business;•Improvement of qualification of personnel employed with franchising sphere;•Informational support in the sphere of franchising;•Co-ordination of activity of the Association's members in franchising business;•Undertaking of scientific and practical study of franchising in every respect;•Supporting franchisors and franchisees in a dispute resolution processes.•Co-operation with the state authorities, local government authorities and other organizations in the field of franchising development and protection of Association's members rights;•Distribution of information about franchising business through pedagogic and informational means;•Protection and promotion of social, economic (business), labour and other rights of the Association's members;
