Mentoring Solutions is devoted to help our Clients to evaluate their Talent, with the aim of developing the Talent Map for their Companies. Having the Talent Map will facilitate Clients important decisions regarding Talent. Our purpose is to help Clients to develop Executives, not only for current positions, but also for the future, by identifying Strengths and Enhancements areas, and providing specific recommendations. As a consequence our Clients will not only have a clear, objective and useful Talent Map, but also will be able to promote the professional development of their Executives.We help clients evaluate their Talent, and support them as part of the process to improve their performance. We have given Mentoring Sessions to hundreds of our Client's Executives, and we have been able to see the improvements. Having an Internal Mentor is crucial for Executives, and having an External Mentor can round the improvement process. An external Mentor is an independent voice outside the scope of action, and Mentees can release ideas without fear of retaliation. The Talent Map we develop through Assessments, facilitates our clients the task of identifying in an objective, clear and simple way, the potential, the strengths and the enhancement areas of their Executives.
