Mercenary Publicity was set up in 1998 by Kas Mercer who has over 30 years' experience in PR. She worked for Mercury Records for 10 years (6 as Head of Press), responsible for such diverse artists as Elton John, Bon Jovi, Kiss, Roni Size, Johnny Cash, Warren G, INXS, Tears For Fears, and Metallica. We currently represent ****Avenged Sevenfold, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Evanescence, Fences, Goo Goo Dolls, Hauser, Kulick, Los Saints, Tal Wilkenfeld, The Glorious Sons, The White Buffalo, **** Previous clients include the first 3 albums for Jamie Cullum, My Bloody Valentine reunion shows, Dinosaur Jr reforming 3 x albums, Charlie Simpson leaving Busted/forming Fightstar and subsequent 3 albums, Juliette Lewis launching The Licks and subsequent albums, 15 years with Def Leppard, 28 years with Metallica, Blue Blood - the boxing documentary, Artists Charming Baker and Miss Bugs plus many more.
