It has a role as facilitators in the placement of high quality "Mediterranean Fusion" food products in foreign markets.During the 2020 Pandemic and the Lebanese financial meltdown, Panayoti established Merchant of Lebanon as an FMCG company in Lebanon registered under A-P.E.P SAL , with the aim of supporting local Lebanese producers by exporting their valued F&B products to external markets in the HORECA sector, to retailers and distributors.
