ABOUTMERCI ME LONDON is a womenswear label based in London. Designer Mercy Ogole, fell in love with the possibilities of fashion and fashion design from a tender age of 8. In 2008, after completing a degree in Economics, she started her label which focused on creating bold and beautiful clothing for the discerning woman. The vision of the brand is that MERCI ME will be a brand that will in empower women to dress to speak. Since inception MERCI ME LONDON has created internationally distinct clothing that not only embraces femininity, accentuates it with confident colours, lines and structures but it creates movement and beauty to whoever wears it. Today, MERCI ME LONDON is fast becoming a brand that transcends the idea of fast fashion by encouraging a culture of dressing up beautifully rather than just getting dressed. In 2013, Mercy created The ACENG Collection dedicated to her late sister Eunice Aceng Ogole. It is a collection that uses exclusively printed fabric. While it uses the modern form and style of the main collection she uses printed fabric (in most cases African prints) as homage to Eunice. This mix of bold and classic means that this collection is just as beautiful, unique and striking. EVERY ITEM IN THE MERCI ME LONDON COLLECTION IS ENTIRELY MADE IN ENGLAND.
