Meridian is an Alaskan-based, employee-owned and operated firm that was established in 1998 to provide the best project and construction management services to our clients. We have worked in various industries and facilities including, but not limited to, airports, hospitals and clinics (inpatient and outpatient), commercial, residential treatment facilities, seafood processing facilities, religious facilities and telecommunications. Our clients have included both for-profit and not-for-profit entities in both the public and private sectors. Although we are a small company (historically averaging around ten employees), our focus on client satisfaction and maintaining a track-record of succsessful projects has created a steady workload.Meridian provides experienced project and construction managers for every project phase including initiation, planning, execution, construction, commissioning and closeout. As an independent third-party, we provide consulting services to both owners and contractors. Historically, we have often been hired as the owner's representative managing their capital projects, but we understand how the entire team must function in order achieve the project's goals.At Meridian, we continually expand our breadth of experience to include a variety of project management services to meet a growing demand within Alaska. We can manage small tenant improvements projects through large-scale commercial, industrial, healthcare and utility projects.
