Merify Details
Merify’s skills-first approach opens the hiring process to all qualified candidates. We provide standardized skill data that's verified by a person's professional community, so recruiters can focus on building up, not screening out. Recruiters are starting their talent runway with roadblocks. Education requirements filter out 50% of qualified candidates before they're ever seen by recruiters. But what other options are there to quickly and confidently assess the full available workforce? Merify's platform gives recruiters a fair and quantitative summary of a candidate's skills before ever seeing their resume. We talk to people who have experienced a candidate's skills firsthand: their chosen professional community. They vet and standardize our understanding of those skills. The result allows recruiters to quickly and fairly compare candidates apples to apples from the very start. All without roadblocks to participation, so every qualified candidate can be seen. And without time consuming screening, so recruiters can focus on building relationships.
