Mesa Secure is a turnkey solution provider for engineering, design, manufacturing, and lifecycle management (obsolescence and DMSMS) of military-grade C5ISR electronic assemblies. Our experienced program managers overlook project activities and optimize conflicting aspects of schedule, resources, and product features – ensuring delivery that meets schedule, performance, and quality requirements.Our technical team can provide support for the most stringent box build, build-to-print, and turnkey system requirements. Mesa Secure employs an experienced staff of electrical, mechanical, industrial design, quality, manufacturing, and test engineers who are familiar with U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) design and production requirements, such as MIL-STD 810 and MIL-STD 461. We have successfully designed and deployed DoD C5ISR products that reliably perform in extreme temperatures from -40°C to 60°C and are able to withstand extreme shock, blast, vibration, water exposure, sand, dust, and salt fog conditions.Mesa Secure's production facility maintains the upgraded AS9100 quality standard and the ISO13485 medical quality standard. It is also registered as a certified FAA FAR145 repair station. These certifications support our robust quality management system, providing the traceability and assembly processes required to produce high-reliability military products. Our senior administrative staff manages strict compliance with various U.S. Government laws, regulations, and programs relevant to defense manufacturers, such as ITAR and DCAA-accepted accounting.
