METALEDGE ENTERPRISES, LLC has grown to become a global independent leader in media and entertainment services. Founded by current President/CEO Chris Cambra as Metaledge Records back in 1995, the company has evolved into a multi-faceted corporation now serving different avenues of Media and Entertainment. In 2004, the company hit success when it signed British heavy metal band Lionsheart, fronted by former Grim Reaper vocalist, Steve Grimmett. Metaledge Records grew considerably and Lionsheart has sold thousands of downloads as well as physical albums. Seeing the success of the record label, Chris set out to expand the company into other ventures within the entertainment realm and beyond.In 2011 the company was streamlined into a few core businesses. This placed the company in a great position to achieve continued success while adapting to the constant changing markets, new technologies, and more. The company reduced a lot of its debt to have a better cash management situation to invest in new technologies and further expand on the current divisions. In 2013, the company opened its successful JFK History Tour division, giving history buffs an extensive experience in Dallas, TX by retracing the steps taken by the 35th president John F. Kennedy on that fateful day in 1963. In 2014, the company opened Metaledge Tickets a ticket broker site giving people the opportunity to purchase sold out and hard to find tickets to concerts, theater, sporting events and more. In 2016 the company formed Metaledge Music Group which put all of the music properties under one umbrella. The company continues to see success and growth and sees a great future ahead.
