Metalerg is a family business operating since 1967. Until 1987 the company operated construction - plant maintenance. In the eighties, business profile gradually transformed into metal and plastics processing.In 1993 we purchased a license from the Danish company SKELTEK the production of organic straw-fired boilers, wood and other biomass EKOPAL RM. Since that time, continuously we produce biomass boilers, extending the range of assortment. A significant number of boilers are exported abroad, to countries like Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Scotland, Czech Republic. We offer efficient and economical straw air heaters as well.We are also a manufacturer of medical equipment. We offer world-class reducers for medical oxygen cylinders, used in medical facilities and by rescue units.At the moment we employ approx. 150 people and our buildings have already reached production area of approx. 3500 m2. We have our own design office and a qualified engineering staff. Also, we cooperate in better-performing zinc coatings (hot and plating), chromium-nickel, and powder coating.We have certificates of quality management ISO 9001: 2000 and ISO 13485: 2003As a participant in the reliable company, we give importance to the ethical business. Thanks to this we fruitfully cooperate with more than 200 companies in the country and abroad, to which we provide services for cooperation and produced finished goods.We have the status of Sheltered Workshop, which allows for efficient use of the potential of people with disabilities which in maintaining market competitiveness. Whenever possible, we also support various foundations and charities, including helping in the creation of the boiler room in the house community Barka Warmątowicach in the Opole region. In 2006.
