This lays the foundations for employee wellbeing and business growth and success. I am also an accredited Breathe HR Partner so can help simplify HR admin with this cloud based HR self service platform. Plus I can incorporate my coaching skills to support employee wellbeing and management development. The Resilient WomanThis is the coaching side of my business, and as a qualified coach I help women who feel stressed and unfulfilled at work or in life, to get clear on how to move forward to realise their potential. The coaching sessions follow a simple framework and I provide clients with confidential space and protected time to get clear on who they are, what they want, and then create a plan to achieve the lifestyle they want.
