Meteolien ScopARL is a wind engineering, consulting and technical firm, created in 2005 and specialized in wind energy. Its core competences include: 1) Advising and Consultancy from the pre-feasibility analysis to the early steps of the development - Prospective pre-feasibility - Feasibility analysis - Miscellaneous expert studies linked to development (wind studies, Grid connection, production assessment, E.I.A. -Environmental Impact Assessment-, micro-sitting…) - Interface with the turbine manufacturer - Emerging technologies assessment 2) Development: To study and to help wind farm projects to arise - Performs itself the sites prospective pre-feasibility - Performs, leads and controls the wind studies - Co-ordinates the required expertise for the E.I.A. - Performs the feasibility analysis and Business plans - Studies the connection to the Grid with local Utilities - Performs the production assessment for different types of turbines - Performs the micro-sitting studies - Supports the investors in their interfaces with the wind turbines manufacturers, but also technical, administrative and financial interlocutors, as long as needed for the project. 3) Technical Assistance: To assist the investors during the construction of the wind farms - Relationships with wind turbine manufacturers - Relationships with contracting companies - Project structuring and Time scheduling - Technical lots co-ordination (studies / works / tests / commissioning) - Follow-up 4) Training Meteolien has designed short and practical training courses based on CRI (Criterian Referenced Instruction) methods. This modular training concept is available in 3 languages and is adaptable to the participants needs.
