MethodGroup is a Melbourne based consulting company specialising in business performance improvement solutions. With a strong background in best-practice business analysis, we are able to define and develop fit-for-purpose solutions to address your specific business issues. Founded in 2008 in response to the market requirement for best-practice Business Analysis, we've grown to become Melbourne's Business Analysis Specialists. At the time of inception the definition of Business Analysis in the market place was confused and the quality of Business Analysis delivery was inconsistent. We aimed to create the best Business Analysis practice in the Southern Hemisphere. Since then we've evolved from a Business Analysis delivery partner for many blue-chip corporate clients to a consulting organisation that provides consulting solutions tailored to individual clients needs. As it became clear that our clients were not concerned with titles as they once were, we too pushed our focus to delivery and results, building our own approach to Business Analysis – The MethodGroup Way. This approach acknowledges that while our consultants have differing backgrounds and experiences it ensures their core skills and thinking are consistent and that they are best-practice professionals. MethodGroup is part of RXP Services as of October 2013.
