MIRRA is a private association established in 2007. The goal of MIRRA is to develop the Water&Irrigation and Agriculture Sectors in Jordan. MIRRA supports the development of the Water&Irrigation and Agriculture sectors in Jordan and in the region in two major areas:Irrigation water management: optimization of pressurized irrigation networks on the field level and on the network level, and wastewater reuse in agriculture.Agricultural commodities systems optimization: introduction of new, high-added value crops, amelioration of production techniques, appraisal of horticultural commodity production chain.
