METRIC NINE (M9) was founded in Fall 2008 by art director and photographer Amir Ebrahimi.With 10 years of set design and photography experience in New York and LA, Ebrahimi has worked with some of the most noted fashion photographers and designers in the industry. Ebrahimi's design experience ranges from major fashion campaigns, to music videos, to major motion pictures.Ebrahimi combined these experiences, and established M9 to help utilize his talents in design and art direction.Teaming up with 3rdward in Brooklyn has provided Ebrahimi and M9 the ability to design, and build all sets on site. M9 is more than a set shop, it is a collective of independent artists working together with Ebrahimi to create elaborate sets and more.
