Mark is a Colorado native. He grew up in South Denver and has made Boulder County his home for the past 25 years. Mark and his wife Maggie have three children and fully embrace all that Boulder County has to offer. His oldest daughter attends CU and his two sons are at Monarch High School.He has been selling residential real estate in Boulder County since 2000. From family homes, to multi-million-dollar estates, to investment properties and condos, Mark enjoys the challenges and nuances of expertly guiding his clients as they buy or sell property. He has also worked with a variety of relocation companies and enjoys providing clients new to Boulder and Colorado a thorough tour of the area. Mark is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients. With a wealth of experience, the bulk of his business is built on repeat and referral clients. Mark works hard to earn the trust of his clients and treats them like family. He takes helping his clients achieve their goals very personally. Mark has negotiated countless real estate contract issues, and will put that expertise to work on your behalf. He prides himself on staying mindful of the latest issues that affect the housing market. He also teaches the annual real estate update course that all Colorado realtors are required to take. Mark developed and taught a two-hour Contracts course that was approved for continuing education credit by the Colorado Division of Real Estate. He has earned over 500 hours of continuing education and served as a real estate coach on the WK Real Estate management team.
