Be you. Be strong. Be South LA. MetroHealth Station – Jefferson Park (MHS-JP) is a 5,400 sq. ft. health and wellness facility located within the Crenshaw District of South Los Angeles. We provide patients with medical, dental, rehabilitation, and emotional health and wellness care in one convenient location. MHS-JP is built to suit a collaborative care model and contains 4 medical exam rooms, 5 dental chairs (incl. an oral surgery suite and panoramic x-ray), 2 counseling rooms, 3 physical examination rooms (incl. a pediatric specific room), and 1,200+ sq. ft. of gym-like, rehabilitation space. The rehabilitation space doubles as a multipurpose activity space where public or private exercise, academic, or wellness events take place. Our mission is to improve the quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care in South Los Angeles through partnerships with business, local academic institutions, non-profit partners, and government officials that foster innovation in health information technology and value-based healthcare
