Given that communication skills are integrally woven into social and academic success, MACS believes any communication weaknesses or difficulties should be identified and addressed as early as possible in order to afford each child the opportunity to develop to his or her potential.MACS provides school-based speech-language services, educational audiology services, and early intervention services. Hanen® program trainings are also available for parents and early childhood providers.Specialized services available through MACS include Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), second language learners, bilingual evaluations (Spanish), literacy and language, and inclusion training.
