The Ministry of Finance established Miloda Academy of Financial Studies as the training arm of the ministry in 2013. Its purpose, to contribute towards financial studies at international level with all the facilities including lecture halls, auditoriums, computer labs/classrooms with modern audio-visual technological appliances is a milestone in the financial and economic academic field of Sri Lanka. Miloda Academy of Financial Studies is geared to providing training and skills development on specialized fields and specific subjects related to language training, information technology training, technical and personality development training for the benefit of officers of the Ministry of Finance, including all departments of the Treasury, Inland Revenue Department, Statistics Department, Import and Export Departments and so forth.Miloda Academy of Financial Studies (Guarantee) Limited is a Company limited by guarantee within the meaning of section 33 of the companies Act No. 7 of 2007.Miloda Academy of Financial Studies Vision : To become a world class centre of academic and professional excellence in human capital development across the financial services sector.
