In 1929, the founder Gotthilf Mettler decided to build a soap factory to produce glycerin soap that was sold in Switzerland and internationally. Due to the success of the business, the factory has gradually grown into a full-fledged cosmetics company. Mettler leverages its 90 years of know-how and experience to create innovative plant-based solutions. The 10 product lines were developed to meet the specific needs of different skin types so that each skin will get exactly what it needs to feel comfortable and look its best.All formulations are vegan & cruelty-free, paraben-free, developed and produced in Switzerland. The products are mainly based on plant derived ingredients grown by certified suppliers. They are only mildly fragranced and suited even the most delicate skins.
