Successfully piloting issues in our nation's capital takes focus, a clear strategy, and experience with the process and decision-makers. To address this demand through a bi-partisan targeted approach to outreach, education, and advocacy as well as tackling issues not being addressed by the larger housing lobby, Bob Moss and David Gasson have formed MG Housing Strategies, LLC. MG Housing Strategies is a boutique advocacy shop, offering their clients a clear window into the workings of Washington, D.C. as well as the necessary tools to navigate and succeed in the complicated environment of Capitol Hill. We facilitate a path to victory by utilizing bipartisan relationships and building support for production and preservation resources. Having worked beside the architects of the LIHTC among other programs, Bob and David bring 35 years of affordable housing and public policy experience to our nation's capital on behalf of their clients. We represent clients seeking regulatory changes, programmatic changes, and expanded resources in Congress and housing programs at the Department of Housing and Urban Development and the Department of Agriculture. Bob and David will continue in their roles with the Housing Advisory Group, a national 501 C6 advocacy organization, which is a collective and powerful voice in Washington, DC, and across the country.
