MGM One Construction Services ('MGM One') provides project delivery services to the construction industry. Our philosophy is focused on the performance of our management and delivery services exceeding our client's expectations. MGM One was established in 2013, by Director Marcus Moscos. Marcus is an experienced construction project, program and operations management professional, with extensive first-hand knowledge of the property and construction industry. Marcus has worked on a number of high-profile public and private projects throughout NSW and QLD in the hospitality, commercial, residential, health, education, defence and resource sectors. MGM One specialises in development, project and construction management roles, facilitated through lump sum contracts, joint ventures and consultancy arrangements. Our delivery partners include major Tier 1 and Tier 2 Head Contractor firms, private developers and institutions requiring development and project management expertise, along with public projects for State and Federal Government bodies, including experience with the following key clients/projects: * Property development and project management roles * Data Centre fit outs for international USA based client, working with major Tier 2 construction firm* Department of Defence with Laing O'Rourke as Managing Contractor: Moorebank Units Relocation – Close Training Works, in partnership with a prominent Sydney-based architectural metalwork contractor* NSW Building the Education Revolution (BER) national stimulus programme – North Coast and New England Regions, Project Director * NSW Health: refurbishments and redevelopments of numerous NSW Public Hospitals including Wyong, Belmont and Liverpool* Health Infrastructure - Senior Project Director consultancy, providing senior management planning and delivery services, on various commercial and hospital projects
