I have been making pictures for over a decade (professionally for the last five years while in New York). Intrigued by photography from an early age, through watching my father tinker with his trusty old fully-manual Nikon camera, my intrigue progressed to the next level upon embarking on my first African safari in 1996. Inspired by the visual stimulus of the surroundings, I began taking various photography classes and workshops to gain the necessary technical knowledge of the craft to improve my skills and technique.
