Michael McWeeney is a New York City-based photojournalist and videographer, specializing in travel, documentary and corporate photography. He has covered assignments ranging from NASCAR in the Midwest to a murder investigation in Panama. Other projects have taken him to Amsterdam, Paris, Prague, Key West, Jamaica and Chile. A long-time contributor to the Noble Maritime Collection's annual art auction and its exhibits, his video documentary of a night run on a modern tugboat is the centerpiece of the museum's current exhibition, Tugboats Night & Day. For two decades, he has worked for a variety of newspapers and magazines. Apart from his photojournalism, he has worked with many clients on fashion and advertising shoots and events.
