Michael Paetzold Wine Services (Pty) Ltd is a leading wine services provider in South Africa by introducing new services such as Grape juice concentration, Thermoflash®, Alcohol adjustment, Lees filtration, Sparkling wine disgorging (MCC) and replying to the industry demand with VA removal, Cold stabilisation and Crossflow filtration, employing 25 people and a large fleet of vehicle on the road.It is the subsidiary of the French company Michael Paetzold Sarl.We design, build and provide oenotechnical solutions.MICHAEL PAETZOLDMade up of 150 people, our company specialises in physical processes (filtration, clarification, oxygen management, bottling, etc.) that respect wine.
