1993 onwards: New Zealand's #1 Patent attorney Ken Moon of A.J. Park, wrote PCT/USA Claims of the 5,771,238 Patent 1998. He was co-Chair of the world-wide International Bar Association "IP and E-Commerce Committee".1994: I met senior Nokia executives at Olympic Hotel Seattle USA, showed PCT Patent applications, demonstrated advanced SMS messaging system invented & built with encrypted binary data, remote command and control using custom plugin SMS pagers on PSION PDAs & PCs.1995: Built devices, drivers & programs: including "push email" for Outlook 95 sold on CompuServe Online Software Market using bespoke devices, as well as Motorola and Wireless Access SMS pagers reading on the patented claims.2006 sued Nokia (case 514) as an individual represented by three Texas law firms. Sought "treble damages" for wilful, wanton and reckless abuse of the 238 patent (damages to NZ est at 6.5billion USD). 2007 May; assigned 238 Patent to this Company; commenced the 203 case.2007 August; discover my NZ law firm of 16 years working for Nokia representatives to assist attack their earlier work. September 2007 Nokia's Global Legal Counsel, on business, falls to his death in Switzerland.2009 August; Judge Leonard Davis orders at a Summary Judgement held before the Markman definitions are determined, finds Claim 3 use of word "only" disabled it. Judge restricted bracketed subchannel range to (0-255) and I was never examined by the Judge. 2010 December; The United States Court of Appeal CAFC refused to reverse the Order. Michael S Sutton Limited vs Nokia Corp et al., (Docket number 2010 1218: Oral Argument, CAFC, Washington DC, December 15th: Appeal rejected). 2011 January; Petition to CAFC for a rehearing En Banc rejected.2014 May & June; Judge Randell Rader Chief Judge of the CAFC resigns for unethical behaviour. 2014 July; Judge Leonard Davis resigns.
