A NYC resident all his life, Michael has 15 years of NYC Real Estate experience. In May 2012 Michael started his own real estate company( MP Walsh Realty LLC). Previously, he Worked at DG Neary Realty for 11 years as a Sales Associate. Before that, Michael was a Property Manager were he managed 21 buildings in Chelsea, where Michael was responsible for tenant relations, negotiating leases, lease approvals,reconciling rent and balancing million dollar budgets. Michael has a B.S. in Business Management from Canisius College. Since 2001 Michael has been doing residential sales & rentals in NYC. He love helping buyers, sellers & renters and really care about finding the right property for all his clients. Michael has been the Coop Board President of the building he lives in for 8 years which has given him a greater knowledge & a upper hand on how Coops are managed!
