Michell as a full service architectural and engineering firm providing site, facility, and space planning capabilities; complete programming, conceptual, schematic, and construction document design services. Since that time the firm has continued to expand its staff with a focus on educational, governmental, and financial institution projects. The office of Michell Timperman Ritz Architects has grown into one of the major Architectural firms in the Southern Indiana/Metropolitan Louisville area, having been recognized as such by Business First. This firm has continued to assemble a coordinated team of talent and expertise capable of meeting the challenges of the most complex projects. We approach each and every project with the same level of creativity and dedication, whether it is a sidewalk improvement project on a campus or a multi-million dollar highly complex and specialized facility. We offer creative, cost effective and timely solutions by providing architectural, engineering and planning services through an interactive design approach. We feel that by understanding the detailed needs and requirements of the Owner we can exceed their expectations by delivering building alternatives and innovative ideas. We have gained substantial experience working with many corporations in this region from the beginning long range development planning through phasing of separate construction projects to the completion of the entire facility.
