The Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition is a non-profit advocacy organization dedicated to persuading lawmakers to do everything possible to end breast cancer. We are your voice in Michigan for statewide and national legislative issues that affect breast cancer research, diagnosis, and treatment. Fran Visco, President of National Breast Cancer Coalition (NBCC), has taught us that breast cancer is a political issue and it is up to all of us to make sure that our voices are heard on how research funds are allocated to find a cure for breast cancer. That is the goal of the Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition...to educate, advocate and eradicate breast cancer.We at Michigan Breast Cancer Coalition are proud to represent Michigan residents in Lansing and in Washington, DC to make sure that our senators and representatives do everything possible to help us prevent breast cancer morbidity and mortality. In order to increase our access, credibility, and influence with lawmakers, we need members and advocates from every Michigan district. Follow us and join our cause.
