The Michigan Hoop Dance Retreat (MHDR) connects hoopers from all over Michigan and in the Midwest for a weekend of flow, fun, and family.MHDR is a full weekend of hoops, flow, and fun. The weekend kicks off on Friday night with a welcome meeting and general hoop shenanigans. Workshops run throughout the weekend and are the core of MHDR, so plan on spending at least a few hours each day exploring and playing with your hoop. On Friday and Saturday evening, we'll have a fire circle, LED jam, and community bonfire. And then on Saturday we'll host our annual showcase.
