Our microchip-based implant has the potential to address significant unmet needs by simplifying dosing regimens and enhancing compliance for patients who need frequent dosing or require regular injections. Our current focus is development of an ultra long lasting contraceptive implant that can be turned off / on from outside the body using a small device that will stop / start delivery of contraception. The Microchips technology platform has applications in women's health, chronic disease management and to support patients where medication adherence may be more challenging.
