Micron Filter Housing Inc. fabricates corrosion resistant cartridge filter housings. These housings are ideally suited for applications that process saltwater such as desalination systems, aquariums, power system cooling etc. The housings are top lift, which allows full exposure of the filter array. This is important to many customers because this design allows for the removal of sand and debris. The housings are constructed of PVC, fiberglass and HDPE and are designed to accomodate flows of 210, 280 and 350 USgpm. The design allows for many filter housing units to be mounted in a side by side fashion on a common rail. The company can supply single housings, or systems including skid, instrumentation and piping headers.
