Microtech Support Ltd are an award winning professional IT sales and support organisation. Established in 1986 we have been providing services to the public, private and third sector organisations’ for over 30 years and have resources located throughout Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. The company’s expansion in the last few years has led to heavy investment in support facilities and staff and we now offer two service desks, client and patient centric. We also have field engineers who can attend sites anywhere in Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England. Our service desk is staffed with fully trained engineers, we do not employ call loggers. As a service based organisation we focus on the provision of effective, efficient and economic service delivery that maximizes new technologies and delivers best practice principles within an overall framework and corporate ethos of continuous improvement. To aid in the achievement of this goal we have sought and attained a number of formal accreditations and international quality standards. We were one of the first IT organisations in Scotland to be awarded with ISO 20k certification. In 2004 we were awarded the National contract to supply and support PCTI’s Docman scanning solution to the 1000 GP Practices in Scotland.
