Mid American Fitness in Farmington Hills, MI is a fitness and dance studio that offers progressive group fitness classes, Pilates reformer, TRX and Personal training geared toward clients of all fitness levels and abilities.Clients choose from more than 40 classes per week, including Zumba, Spin Classes, Yoga, Cardio, Body Pump ™, Interval XT, Pilates Core / Strength Training, and our newest class offerings Insanity® and Tabata Bootcamp classes.The studio opened in May 2002 under the direction of owner Karen Blazaitis. Her goal was to offer a comfortable and welcoming fitness center where clients from all around Metro Detroit including Novi, Northville, Livonia, Southfield & West Bloomfield can achieve their fitness goals and better overall health through a variety of class options, professional trainers and staff and special fitness services.
