Founded in 1964 in Milwaukee, our founders started cleaning factories and schools with a couple of mops and a bucket! Today there are 500+ dedicated staff members that clean over 12 million square feet of medical, manufacturing, educational, government and general office space. MidAmerican is committed to a healthy building initiative for all accounts that we partner with. Our vendors have worked with us to offer training seminars on a regular basis to ensure we are continually updating our teams on OSHA's BBP requirements, disinfecting techniques, new equipment, chemicals, specifications on cleaning for medical, manufacturing, high ceiling cleaning, etc., certification for forklift, scissor lifts, medical room cleaning, sanitation, etc. We hire and retain dedicated, well trained staff by paying a livable wage, training properly, caring about their ability to service sites well as it fits into their lifestyle is our specialty. All staff members are subject to a background check both at a state level and also a national background check. We are an equal opportunity employer. Our time keeping program ensures that our employees are calling in/out of your facility. Most of our FT EE's have worked well over a year at the same account. Less turnover equals less unfamiliarity equals consistent cleaning! All MidAmerican supervisors, area managers are well trained and a important part of the service equation. They have the greatest familiarity with each site and within the MidAmerican system, are given great latitude to make responsive operational decisions for the welfare of their staff and our customers. Our consistent communication with our customers is vital to our success and the continued partnership that we have set up with them. We have weekly inspections, monthly and quarterly meetings to ensure this.We service Milwaukee, Southeastern WI, Madison, Wausau Area, Northeastern WI.
