Midgard Adventure former South Iceland Adventure is a premier travel company authorised by the Icelandic Tourist Board and focused on year-round individual, group and tailored tours to popular and off-the-beaten track locations. The company specializes in outdoor pursuits including, super jeeping, snowmobiling, hiking, cycling, caving, ice walking, horse riding and other activities. Beyond tourists, South Iceland Adventure's clientele also includes companies, journalists, scientists, nature enthusiasts, award-winning photographers and film crews seeking to capture the extraordinary Icelandic landscape for global assignments and broadcast.The company has 3 owners,- Sigurdur Bjarni Sveinsson- Arnar Gauti Markússon- Stefnir GíslasonIt was funded by me in 2010 just before the eruption started in Eyjafjallajokull and my business partners joined in 2011 (Arnar) and 2012 (stefnir).
