Midrag, founded in 2003, runs a website and an app, which enable people to find the best service providers in their city. Midrag operates a unique CRM software - which was developed by the company's IT staff. Midrag's Clients include many employees of Israel's largest companies such as: Pelephone, Partner, Intel, Bank Mizrahi-Tefahot, Shaare Zedek hospital's doctors, DHL and many more. In addition, there are thousands of people who joined the company independently. When the members enter the website, or use the app, they are provided with the names of the highest-ranked professionals in the field – based on the recommendations of fellow company members.Members are asked to rate the workers after they get a service, in terms of job satisfaction and price. The members can also add a comment about the service.
