Midstates Investigations and Technical Services (MITS) is a Wisconsin Corporation specializing in the investigation of fires, consulting on fire investigation and analysis of SIU operations for insurers. MITS is a Wisconsin licensed Private Investigation Agency. The company also specializes in the investigation of other insurance claims primarily in P/C lines. We collect and preserve physical, documentary and witness testimonial evidence in support of claims and litigation services. In addition, MITS will provide consulting services to the industry and litigation support with regard to the formation and functioning of insurance Special Investigation Units (SIU's). MITS will provide training to the industry in insurance fraud identification and will provide outsource SIU services for the investigation of insurance fraud.
