Staffing & Recruiting - Bolingbrook, Illinois, United States
At the Midwest Group, we employ the "Three Principle Theory" in regards to safety. This theory applies to all aspects of employment. In a nutshell, the theory is as follow; the principles are the Client Company, the Working Staff and the Employment Agency. We at Midwest take pride in our "on-site personnel/supervisor". It is no accident that a highly trained on-site supervisor can oversee teams of workers and train them on a daily basis. Remedial training is as important as initial training because of human nature. Our goal is to constantly evaluate the work environment as to its needs. These needs may include safety equipment, safety signs, first aid stations, written bulletins and constant communication. If successful, safety will become a sense of pride with each worker and production goals will be team goals. We are aware of dangers in a workplace such as injury, lost time, lost production and possible workers compensation costs. Working as a team with the proper attitude is a formula that builds a sense of high self-esteem to each worker. This is step one to creating and maintaining the safest workplace possible. Step two is to communicate with every level from worker to supervisor to management. Step three is to set goals and involve all three principles as a team to meet these goals safely. The Midwest Group believes that through honesty and hard work coupled with these three principles we can successfully help any company looking for quality individuals.
