Clinical Operation Services:-Complete an in-depth evaluation of the business: Clinical Operations, Billing and Coding, Marketing and Sales Initiatives.-Provide a detailed Action Plan and Project Log to correct and improve the business.-Work directly with the Executive Leadership Team to manage Corporate Clinical Operations and to develop overall sales plan.-Create and implement new Training and Compliance manuals for all Clinical and Operational company positions.-Develop and implement Provider Clinical Guidelines around Urgent Care and Worker's Compensation treatment plans.-Hold weekly sales and operations meetings to discuss and improve focus for company to increase growth and success.Billing & Coding Services:-Acting as the billing/coding liaison between the Clinical Team and the Billing Company to decrease errors and pending claims, and increase billable revenue.-Work directly with the EMR, serving as the primary liaison between their team and the Company's operations and executive leadership team to add/build enhancements in the system; allowing them to be more efficient and gather more data to better manage the company.Sales & Marketing Services:Develop Demographic Target Model and implement Marketing Strategy to grow all lines of business.-Generate and implement all necessary target lists for client.-Develop and train staff the appropriate selling and closing techniques.-Implement new marketing strategies for PCP's, Specialty Physicians, State Associations/Organizations, MCO's and TPA's.-Independently developed target lists of over 200 potential clients for the strategic markets.
