Council as it is commonly referred to offers Competition Driving Schools, High Speed Autocross, Wheel-to-Wheel Racing, endurance racing, and Vintage/Historic Racing. Midwestern Council of Sports Car Clubs (MCSCC) prides itself on a family-friendly atmosphere and emphasis on fun and safety first. Safety has always been paramount, and the combination of thorough driver training, tough stewarding and sensible competition has given the group a national reputation for its competitive programs and members. Member clubs include LSCC (Lake Shore Sports Car Club), SCCR (Sports Car Club of Rockford), NSSCC (North Suburban Sports Car Club), SCSCC (Salt Creek Sports Car Club), GLSCC (Great Lakes Sports Car Club), CSCC (Chicagoland Sports Car Club), and MSCC (Madison Sports Car Club). Racing circuits include Blackhawk Farms Raceway, Road America, The Milwaukee Mile, Autobahn Country Club, Gingerman Raceway, and Grattan Raceway.
