The Mighty Arrow Family Foundation, formerly known as the New Belgium Family Foundation, was created in 2013 when New Belgium Brewing Company founder Kim Jordan and her two sons, Zak Danielson and Nick Lebesch, funded the foundation after selling the brewery to their coworkers, making New Belgium 100% employee owned. Kim and her family have continued to build the foundation's corpus over time.
